Clinical Manager of ICU

Description: A small health system near Greater Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Clinical Manager of ICU for a campus located in a beautiful scenic area, ideal for the outdoor enthusiast. The ICU has approximately 15 beds and the Manager will oversee 30 FTE's. This Manager will identify and address matters of quality and education within the Unit, as well as provide insight and guidance as a role model, a resource and a change agent. The Manager will also be involved in staff development and regulatory activities. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required and candidates MUST be an RN. A Master's degree is desired. Director of ICU
Job ID: 2356JL Location: LA Salary Range: 85,000 - 100,000
Description: A hospital of approximately 150 beds near Shreveport, LA seeks a Director of ICU. The hospital has an ICU of approximately 20 beds and the Director will oversee 25 FTE's. This role is responsible for the planning, direction and evaluation of all Unit activities including staff support & guidance in the area of professional and clinical development. A Bachelor's degree is required (BS or BA would both be accepted) however please note that someone in the process of obtaining their BSN or Master's degree will probably come to the higher end of the salary scale.
