Director of Diagnostic Imaging

Description: Position Focus: Responsible for strategic planning, resource management and performance improvement over both inpatient and outpatient units within the Imaging Department. Areas of responsibility include MRI, mammo, fluoro, ultrasound, CT and nuclear medicine. Accountable for accreditation and compliance with state/federal agency regulations. 30+ FTE's will report to this Director and He/She will report to the COO. Requirements: An Associate's degree is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a Master's degree is advantageous. At least five years of extensive experience in the area of Diagnostics and Radiology within a hospital setting, including at least three years in a Management role. Radiology Nurse Supervisor

Manager CT/MRI (Imaging Services)
Job ID: 2438JL Location: NY Salary Range: 95,000 - 110,000
Description: A 200+ bed hospital near the Westchester, NY region seeks a CT/MRI Manager. This Manager will oversee approximately 20 FTE's and report to the Program Director. The Manager is responsible for the operation of the Radiology sections on a twenty-four hour basis and will maintain Quality Assurance and other reports as required. He/She will work with the staff to research & recommend new procedures and technologies. The Manager will see that staff maintains their Continuing Education credits that meet the criteria of the hospital's official reviewing agencies. An Associates degree in Allied Technology or Life Science or equivalent is required. AART certification is required along with at least three years in MRI/CT Management.
