Description: A critical access hospital, located near Mt. Vernon, in the state of WA, seeks a Director who will manage the O.R., PACU, etc. The Director will report to the CNO. The hospital seeks a quality oriented candidate - who understands outcomes of Surgery and of the Anesthesia process. The hospital also seeks someone who is patient centered, can handle evidence-based policies and procedures, budgeting, etc. Relo is provided. OR Manager (RN)

Description: A 200+ bed hospital near the Greensboro, NC region seeks an OR Manager. The Hospital has 13 OR suites and the Manager will oversee approximately 50 FTE's. He/She will be responsible for coordinating and directing the daily Operating Room and Open Heart schedules to provide quality service to the surgeons. This individual will participate in marketing activities for operating room services and will be accountable for coordinating and evaluating patient care. Other areas of responsibility include personnel, performance evaluations, and Quality Improvement activities. This position reports to the Director of OR. An ADN is required and a BSN is preferred. Candidates should have three years of experience in an operating room setting and progressive leadership experience is preferred.
