Your Impact: As the Director of Revenue Integrity, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and positive patient experience of our revenue cycle operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing system-wide revenue cycle strategies aligned with industry best practices.
- Standardizing operational processes within Patient Accounting and revenue generating departments to enhance yield.
- Analyzing accounts receivable data to identify revenue opportunities and drive operational improvements.
- Monitoring key metrics and adjusting staffing levels as needed to optimize departmental productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards from regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
- Building collaborative relationships with management across the organization to achieve optimal patient and financial outcomes.
- Serving as a financial expert between billing, IT, and clinical teams to uphold revenue integrity.
Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years of successful experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with a track record of progressive responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills, including relationship building and team leadership, balanced with financial profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare finance and revenue cycle operations.
