Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient monthly accounting close.
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, payroll, and more.
• Oversee contractor and employee payroll processing, guaranteeing precision in payments.
• Provide vital support by generating payroll and ad hoc reports for HR and CFO.
• Implement established financial policies and procedures, resolving technical accounting issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preference for Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting systems like Great Plains, UKG, Multiview, and Concur.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and department managers.
