Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA required.

– CPA highly preferred.

– Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a community hospital setting.

– Membership in the Hospital Financial Management Association preferred.

– Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budget development, and financial analysis.

– Proficiency in computer applications and information technology.
