Position Overview:

• The OR Nurse Manager oversees seven ORs at the main hospital campus.
• This position has oversight of 30-50 FTEs.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Perioperative Services.
• The main hospital conducts between 5,500 and 6,000 procedures annually.
• Specializing in general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, ENT, plastics, and urology.
• This position will collaborate with the team leaders of each surgical specialty and develop partnerships with other departments.

Requirements for OR Nurse Manager:

• RN and Bachelor’s degree required.
• NYS nursing license required.
• Three to five years of leadership experience required.
